"The illegals are a threat" to "taxpayers"? An "amnesty" would "provoke civil unrest"? (Not sure what he means by that last one... is he honestly concerned? Or is he making a threat?)
No loaded language in this discussion - none whatsoever. But, passing over that for the moment.
Race, skin color, and national origin are all protected classes. Age isn't (at least not for the young! only if you're over 40, apparently).

why do you lend credibility to this tripe? It only encourages haters to continue posting.... You are full of yourself. What nonsense to suggest that people who support AZ's immigration law are racists. That's a knee-jerk, uneducated reaction of someone who has no ideas. Typical liberal emotional rant. I have provided some very good resources in this thread explaining why the AZ law is good. It's no surprise that the liberals can't refute them. Heck, they seem like they can't even read beyond the third grade level. rlh, your response was pathetic as usual and a back-handed attempt at a making a personal attack and name callling. That's all you got, playground stuff BIG guy? lol For someone who thinks they are good at their job (laughable) and who constantly reminds us of how many years of "broadcasting" you have done, but who doesn't even know the difference between a give and go and a pick and roll, you are not exactly the pinnacle of credibility. You are a joke and a big fat cheap-shot punk from the peanut gallery who wouldn't have the guts to say those things to my face.

Hey rick, why don't you give us your opinion on immigration, instead of diatribes by national columnists or bloggers? We've never really heard your personal opinion on any topic that you do put here, just reasons why you agree with what the columnist or blogger said, and how you hate the typical liberal uneducated response. What is your opinion on the potential AZ law, or are you still trying to form your own opinion on the issue? We know you walk the party line, but you've never really given your personal reasons for why you have an opinion on immigration, or anything political.

Rather than making things personal towards me, an ad hominem, why don't you refute what was in the article? I know that's asking a lot from an emotionally driven liberal.

For me to refute, I'd have to stoop to posting liberal articles, which you wouldn't read anyway. I don't have a problem with you agreeing with what is said in the articles, I've just never read an actual opinion, just some more articles you find online, and then maybe some little add-on to that, but never your real, non-article supported opinion. You want us to know you're a conservative, and that's fine, but give your personal opinion from time to time, not just something you read from Rush, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, or some other conservative who puts their opinion on words online.

It's a shame that our educational system has wrought people who think posting thoughts and opinions and articles for discussion is something that would make them stoop. There was a good reason that I had for making a note to myself not to respond to your drivel and pabulum. Thanks for reminding me not to do it again.

My education was just fine, thank you. I'm afraid that you're just scared to have your opinion rejected by those who could challenge it, and I don't have all that time to go seeking out the liberal opinions of columnists to refute what you post from conservatives. I'd rather hear your thought on a topic, but most times you choose to post opinions of others, rather than your own. When the rest of us choose to put our opinion out here in the forums, you come back with a conservative rant from a columnist or blogger...what are your opinions on things, not Glenn Beck's, Rush Limbaugh's, Ann Coulter's, or some national face like that?
