To follow up on speculations that the Horizon could be a top-eight league next season, I thought it would be appropriate to post this here. Among the incoming transfers and redshirts, starters likely will include: Detroit's Holman and Simon, Green Bay's Barkley, Wright State's Duggins and Gardner and, of course, Valpo's Johnson and McPherson.
