PT game day story: www.post-trib.com/sports/3034010,valpo-ptb-0123.article The article notes that Brandon, Ryan and Kevin are all questionable for today's game. Winning this game would be VERY challenging without 3 of our top 7 players.

Got a bad feeling the wrong Green Bay team will win today.
Too many players out. Strange start time. Last game before the Butler showdown. GB a strong shooting team.
UWGB 68 Valpo 62
A bright spot: Cameron "Crusher" Witt will have a big game today in defeat.

Well since I wasn't that accurate against Milwaukee, thank God, I'll say Valpo 70 Green Bay 42, Bears 31 (Sorry go to go with the Packers)

Fans!! Valpo now has a game timestamp on the score"boarder" at the bottom of the HLN feed of the game. It looks great to have too. I now suppose we need to beg for the shot clock to make its appearance now? GO VALPO!!

Broekhoff started, Wood is in street clothes again, and Van Wjik is suited up and on the bench. Off to a 6-0 start after the first media timeout.

Well, at least we are still playing excellent D. Let's hope the positives keep going forward.

Van Wjik and Broekhoff look very affected by the injuries, don't know how long they will be able to go. Someone needs to become the man. Now Harris is down. Where will the points come from!!

You can tell Harris is going to bite his lip and try and show no pain to get back in this game. What a guy! Talk about winning with defense.

Welcome to our conference trap game, folks. This looked good to start, then we got an idea of UWGB's game pace, and we settled in, like the guys are ready for the BEARS-packers game this afternoon.

Crusaders up 25-18 at half. They are still playing stifling D. However, they have yet to get to the free throw line. I hope that the foul called on Kenney on a desperation 3 pointer by Evans , which in my humble opinion was not a foul, and subsequent there points, don't come back to hurt us.
Van Wjik looked like he was in some brutal pain, but did come back. Not sure what happened with Harris, but it didn't seem too serious. Broekhoff has hit two threes, one with Valpo down 4 to start the 11-0 run the half ended with.
Keep up the defensive intensity, and we should have another win.

wow, our offense started strong and finished well. but from the time i turned it on it was a little sloppy until broekhoff hit his second 3. ball handling needs to be better too. 11 turnovers is a little much for the first half though... thank heavens for tenacious defense. and i like the fact that we finally have a running clock in the score bar.

Yes, three cheers for the camera on the scoreboard clock. They must have ordered the camera from China and it took a summit of world leaders to get the order..........or never mind. :-)

Too many fouls this half. Let's hope the FT problems hurt Green Bay rather than Valpo.

If Valpo pulls this out... it's definitely going to be "surviving"!
