Loyola was in their first 11 games, and only a lucky bounce kept the Bulldogs from losing that game. Detroit was in their first 11 games and Howard got away with a moving screen while Hayward went to the line for FTs to seal a 64-62 win at Calihan Hall. And Milwaukee didn't get lucky against Valpo by beating them by 3 when Mike Rodgers had the game in his hands and missed two easy lay ups? Every team that goes on winning streaks gets lucky in some games. Why can't Milwaukee win 11 games in a row? I don't see where you proved my point wrong (and I've seen you use that phrase plenty of times). You completely missed my point. My point was not to say that Butler was lucky. My point was that Loyola hung with them the entire game. So did Detroit. They had several games that were not at all easy. Sorry, I missed this the first time, and somehow this has spawned a tangent about getting lucky that was irrelevant to what I was saying.
