As for referees - all game have to have arbiters to enforce the rules. I have no qualms with the great majority of calls - its when they aren't consistent or show a lack of control over the ebb and flow of the game that I start to get ticked. The game was a really good example of that when Caleb Green and Tyler Crawford exchanged words the refs should have issued a double technical. That led to a lot of other stuff occuring during the game - including the technical in the second half, the incident when an ORU guard tried to keep a Gtown guard from getting up off the floor after they both dove for a loose ball, and the fact that Caleb Green didn't shake hands with any Gtown player after the game and sprinted off the court.
Poor Caleb. I heard he actually stopped smiling. I'm surprised J.D. Collins (Oral lover) didn't come to his rescue.
