That site is almost identical to the HL site. Think the Summit League is trying to emulate another conference with both its name and website? Also, it should be pointed out that Valpo has changed the conference logo on the bottom left of it's website to that of the Horizon League.

On one page, we are still listed as one of the member schools. Technically, we can say that for one month we were a member of The Summit League

Two things:
1) I noticed that VU was listed as a "charter member" of the Summit League.
2) td, you are right that the mid-con link doesn't work. However, I think it is little odd that there isn't an automatic re-direct from the mid-con.com address to the new summit league.org address. That would make sense to me and probably isn't too hard to do...

Agreed, almost any group that creates a new website links the old website to the new website at least for a short amount of time. People might think the conference disbanded.

People might think the conference disbanded. Anyone or entity with ANY net savvy would do a redirect for a decent length of time. Where are these people's brains!! Whoever is in charge of their web presence ought to be strung up with their mouse cord. (unless of course, it is wireless)

It looks like they finally got the picture. It now opens the new homepage. It still is not re-directing to the new domain name, thesummitleague.org, but leaves mid-con.com in the address. All of the links do seem to work, however, and go to the correct Summit League pages. Both domain names trace back to the same server, so I don't see what the problem was for keeping the old domain blank for several days.
