A sign of the times. Oh Harvard, fair Harvard recently announced that it was laying off 275 people, due to the fact that their endowment fund was down almost 30%(9 Billion).Other U's have announced $ savings by going trayless in their eating establishments, using video conferencings in some sports programs (swimming & diving) to save $'s. Cutting back on travel expenses by using buses instead of planes,et.al. What a great opportunity for Valpo to drop football (Marist,San Diego,Jacksonville, others)., and save on travel expenses. Maybe we could hire another prof. or two.

Sure, we could hire another prof. or two with all the money we LOSE by dropping football and at the same time drive female student away because our ratio of men to women drops from 48/52 to 45/55. Great plan jj. ;D
