Butler leads CSU by 19, 59-40 at Hinkle with 10 minutes remaining. So much for the Vikings beating Butler in Indy.

75-51 Butler with less than 4 minutes to go.

Butler wins 79-56. A very impressive win by the Bulldogs. CSU did not play like a 15-2 team tonight.

Dang it. Now I fear we get blown out on Sunday. I agree. This Sunday game is going to be very difficult to win. Cleveland State isn't anywhere near as bad as they looked tonight. Valpo better find some way to get themselves very hyped up for this game because CSU is going to be out to avenge their loss to Butler (and it could get ugly in a hurry).

We match up well against CSU. If we lose to them at home on Sunday, it will be more about what we didn't do than what they did.

No need to fear CSU, but we haven't played them well at home in most recent years. What's the over/under on students who turn out Sunday?.....35?

Lets see..... They lose to Butler by 23 and we lose to Butler by 17. Going by some of the logic floating around on this board then we should win by 6.

And don't forget the Butler travel partner effect.

I didn't expect this logjam at the top.
After four or five league games, five teams with just one loss?
Valpo's next three games could definitely help clear it. (Or... I suppose... they might not.)
