Good Evening Crusaders fans. I'm writing to let you know about a new Valparaiso basketball website we launched recently: valpodaily.com. It's powered by StatSheet.com and I'm the editor. We offer up article game recaps, previews, game notes, recap notes, Conference Player of the Week, NCAA Player of the Week, etc. We have more article types under development now (including our own tournament seeding predictions) and would love to hear from you about how our site could be better. Here is an example of one of our Recap Notes: valpodaily.com/valparaiso-basketball/recap-notes/butler-vs-valparaiso-recap-notes-3Oh yeah ... we have mobile apps for android and apple, as well as twitter and facebook where you can follow us there, also. Valpo updates through your favorite social medium! Anyway, we are very interested to get your feedback. We've got a lot of new features coming in the next few weeks so stay tuned! -Mitch editor@valpodaily.com or you can just send me a PM here.

May I request that you use our proper logos on the site? You may find them at www.valpo.edu/brand

iPhone app seems pretty good if only a little slow. I don't have the latest phone but am running the current OS so that might be the problem. I see that you say on the app site that real time scoring updates are in the works. When might we see that update? I seem to be at a lot of high school games when VU is playing and have been using ESPN to give me the scoring updates.

Very cool Android app. Possibly a bit slow as well, but not bad otherwise!

Looks OK. The yellow font can be difficult to see with the white background, especially with the roster.

One can certainly get lost in the stat sheet. More info than I would have ever imagined. The +/- is an interesting stat. Very interesting to see the individual +/- ratings for all players. Broekhoff leads with 152, followed by Wood and Little at 142.

What kind of grades? How will they be determined?

What kind of grades? How will they be determined? Grades are determined based on our formulas we develop using the statistics from the games. We are working on developing a page that explains things like our player grades, fan satisfaction, etc.
