As suggested repeatedly on this board, more players need significant minutes. We saw that last night...............and we saw a win!

Yes, it was a nice win. It was great to see more minutes by the younger ladies. Wining can be contageous.

It was nice to see Gick get some more minutes; she's really getting more comfortable out there. Gerardot is becoming a bona fide leader for the Crusaders, and it takes some pressure off the backcourt with the combination of Gerardot/Lange in the post.

Tab and Gina have been great inside on a team that needed leadership down low this season. They score every game (only Crusaders that have this year), get a lot of boards, and they hustle very well. Also, Gick had a pretty nice week against Detroit and Wright State. Wouldn't be surprised to see her play more in the upcoming games with her recent poise and ball control. CSU-YSU up next!

That YSU game should be a big-time payback game for them.

It pays to test the talent pool. A little constructive competition for minutes usually has a possitive effect - on everyone. Now's the time.
