The stone is coming out of the ground! Very nice photo. Somehow John 11:25 would suit it even better.

A closeup of the ivy on our beautiful Chapel with the Brandt Campanile and Christopher Center in the left background. I used a "posterize" effect on the photo, and I think it turned out pretty nicely.

Wow! If it were feasible, the university should keep you on staff after graduation to just take pictures around campus. It sounds like you would be a more dedicated alternative to the high-priced people they use to take the same style of pictures all the time, whether it be a close-up or over-top sort of look.

you should shoot for a photography job with the air force. you're in a good spot for it. and if they see your pics here, then things could be interesting.

A somewhat typical picture of the Christopher Center, slightly edited.

Another flower shot, this time with the Christopher Center in the background. On another note, I head back to the States tomorrow after spending the semester abroad in Japan, and I'll be in Valpo in about a week or so. I can't wait to get out of this swine flu mess here...hahaha. Look for new shots of Valpo in 2 weeks or so.

Taken a couple days ago. You can see the great exterior lighting they installed.

Here's a nice view of campus near Urschel and Wehrenberg.

Taken a couple days ago. You can see the great exterior lighting they installed. This is the Union, I assume? North, across the street/curb, from the west end of the chapel? Looks nice! And in the most recent photo, Callay-Christopher (sp?) looks sharp! Definitely a surprising perspective on campus.

Does anybody know the plans for Huegli? Man, is that an ugly building what with all the window air conditioners etc.
Seems like it sits in a very large area between the old union and the softball field and if gone, would make for another great location for several new buildings. Just can't imagine that running Huegli makes economic sense in today's world. Huegli is the old Deaconess Hall right? That's the building I'm talking about.
